Solution
ASM PMIS3 POSIMAG magnetic scale position sensor with the following key features;
- Magnetically coupled non-contact read head and coded tape provide for a wear free extended service life
- Up to 5 micro-metre linear resolution over a distance of up to 50m, with a sensor to tape side tolerance of only +/- 1mm
- 35mm x 25mm x 10mm, IP67 corrosion resistant die cast zinc housing that can operate in temperatures ranging between -40 to +85 degrees C
- 10 to 30 VDC supply range with EMC protection in accordance with DIN EN 61326
- Choice of incremental push-pull output or RS422 output to allow for connection to standard industrial control devices
