Refund & Returns Policy
At Automated Control Pty Ltd, we are committed to supplying high-quality automation and instrumentation products. The following outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and warranty claims.
Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty or not performing as expected, please contact us for assessment. We may request:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Serial numbers and model information
- Installation or application details
If the fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Incorrect Items Supplied
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange a replacement and return freight. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the specialised nature of product range, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
Where approved at our discretion:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A restocking fee will apply
- Custom or factory-configured equipment cannot be returned
Warranty Claims
Most products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. To lodge a claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product details (model and serial number)
- Description of the issue
Some products may require testing or evaluation by the manufacturer before a decision is made.
Return Procedure
Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) before returning any goods. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
